Anna Thea is an expert in whole person development.  Her heart warming and inspiring presentations, filled with wisdom, will open your heart. She is both a dedicated Yogini and a successful business woman, helping men and women bring more heart centered connections out into the world both in their personal and business lives.

Healthy living and loving have always been an interest to Anna Thea and her passion for these subjects intensified during her late husband's illness and subsequent death from liver cancer. So many lives have been affected by cancer.  She feels the rise in cancer is motivating all of use to look at our lives, how we live them, and how we can conduct our relationships in a more authentic way.  As a coach for whole person development, she says the best medicine is love and that we can all support each other in learning how to love ourselves and each other more authentically.  Anna Thea says, "I am here to be me, allowing others a safe place to be themselves". She feels that when we are given the tools to express ourselves in a more authentic way there is no need for illness or loss of productivity and only unlimited amounts of Bliss (joy/happiness) to explore.

In 1997 Yoga became her passion. She is certified by the Kundalini Research Institute, founded by Yogi Bhajan, as a Kundalini Yoga Instructor. Using principles from her extensive studies in yoga, nutrition and psychology she coaches women on developing their authentic feminine confidence. She presents and conducts Bliss workshops for forums and associations that realize a sustained productive work life needs to be rooted in a balanced and fulfilling personal life.

Anna Thea's interest for more authentic ways of living continued as she began deeper studies into whole person development and ancient wisdom, visiting Egypt in 2003 and later enrolled in the Divine Feminine Institute in Maui. There she received a double certification as a Spiritual Sexual Educator and a Divine Feminine Educator. As a woman's advocate she supports women in developing their wholesome succulence and as a human advocate she is a pioneer in shifting the attitudes men and women have regarding intimacy.  She is the founder of Blissful Women with Better Boundaries Research Institute.  Her workshops and presentations create an environment that is fun, informative, and supports heartwarming connections. She is currently working on her PhD in Transpersonal Psychology.
